Rahinatu Fuseini is the Executive Director of Rights Action Ghana, where she provides strategic leadership and oversees the implementation of all organizational programs. She is deeply committed to empowering marginalized groups—particularly women and youth—through participatory governance, advocacy, and economic inclusion.
Experience
With over a decade of experience in community development and rights-based programming, Rahinatu has led initiatives that have strengthened women’s leadership, youth participation, and social accountability across Northern Ghana. She has worked closely with development partners, local assemblies, and community networks to promote inclusive and sustainable change. Her leadership continues to shape Rights Action Ghana into a model of transparency, innovation, and impact in the nonprofit sector.
