- Promoting Rights; Building Resilient Communities

Who We Are

Rights Action Ghana (RAG) is a community-focused nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering youth, promoting gender inclusion, and building resilient livelihoods in

Northern Ghana.
We believe that sustainable change begins when communities take charge of their own development.

Through vocational training, financial inclusion, and advocacy, RAG equips young people especially women with the skills and opportunities they need to thrive and transform their communities.

Mission

To promote the rights and well-being of marginalised people (women, children, youth, persons with disabilities and other vulnerable groups) through strategic partnerships, inclusive empowerment, and community-driven initiatives that support sustainable development and resilient, healthy communities.

Vision

A just and equitable society where all people, especially the most marginalized (women, children, youth & persons with disability), live with dignity and have equal access to opportunities and resources.
