Empowering Young People Through Skills and Confidence
In 2024, Rights Action Ghana continued to transform the lives of young people through hands-on vocational and life skills training. The Youth Empowerment & Skills Development Programme equipped over 150 youth with employable skills in tailoring, hairdressing, ICT, and small-scale entrepreneurship. Participants not only gained technical abilities but also confidence and motivation to pursue self-employment and financial independence.

Women Taking the Lead in Village Savings & Loans Associations
RAG’s Village Savings & Loans Associations (VSLA) model continued to empower women economically and socially across partner communities. Over 30 new groups were formed in 2024, helping more than 600 women access financial resources, start small businesses, and support their families.
