Organizational efficiency and transparency remain at the heart of RAG’s mission. Throughout 2024, the organization prioritized capacity building for staff and board members to strengthen its ability to deliver impactful community programs.

Efforts included improving data management systems, refining project tracking tools, and updating key operational policies to align with donor standards. These investments have positioned Rights Action Ghana to manage larger, multi-year projects with greater accountability and evidence-based reporting.
