In 2024, RAG prioritized organizational strengthening to enhance operational effectiveness and maintain accountability to partners and beneficiaries. This focus area ensures that the organization has the right systems, policies, and human resource capacity to manage projects efficiently and deliver measurable impact. It reflects RAG’s commitment to excellence and transparency as the foundation of its growth and sustainability.
